By booking or receiving services through IVORA Hydration & Wellness, clients acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking & Card on File
A valid credit card is required to book and secure all appointments. By scheduling a service, you authorize IVORA Hydration & Wellness to maintain a card on file in accordance with our cancellation and booking policies. 
Payment Policy
To reserve your appointment, a valid credit card must be kept on file. Payment for services is due upon completion of your appointment.
For your convenience, the card on file may be charged with your permission after services are completed, unless charges are applied in accordance with cancellation, no-show, or other agreed-upon policies.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to appear for a scheduled appointment without notice may be charged a $50 no-show fee and may be required to prepay for future appointments.
Late Arrivals
Please be ready at your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time, rescheduling, or cancellation depending on scheduling availability.
Refund Policy
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Once a service has been administered, refunds are generally not guaranteed. Package purchases, memberships, and promotional offers may be subject to separate terms.
Medical Clearance
All services require completion of medical intake and clearance prior to treatment. IVORA Hydration & Wellness reserves the right to decline or defer services if a client is determined not to be an appropriate candidate at the time of appointment.
Eligibility for Services
Services are intended for wellness support only and are not a substitute for primary or emergency medical care. Clients must provide accurate medical history and disclose medications, allergies, and relevant health conditions before treatment.
Mobile Concierge Service
IVORA is a mobile concierge wellness service. Clients are responsible for providing a safe, clean, and appropriate environment for treatment. IVORA reserves the right to decline or discontinue service if safety, professionalism, or environmental standards are not met.
Service Area
IVORA currently serves North Austin, Pflugerville, Round Rock, and Cedar Park. For appointments outside of these areas, please contact us directly for availability.
Packages, Promotions, and Specials
Promotional pricing, packages, and special offers may be subject to expiration dates, usage restrictions, and availability. Offers may not be combined unless otherwise stated.
Privacy & Confidentiality
Client privacy is handled with the utmost care. Personal and health information is collected and maintained only as necessary for scheduling, medical clearance, treatment, communication, and healthcare operations. IVORA is committed to protecting the confidentiality of your information and handling it in accordance with applicable privacy standards.
Right to Refuse Service
IVORA Hydration & Wellness reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time for safety, medical, behavioral, or operational reasons.
Emergency Situations
IVORA services are not intended to treat medical emergencies. If a client is experiencing severe symptoms, chest pain, shortness of breath, loss of consciousness, or any urgent medical concern, emergency medical care should be sought immediately by calling 911.
